K Art Inc. served as the art director and spatial design supervisor for the renovation project of the training facilities at the Tokyo Headquarters of the Japan Management Association (JMA).
The project was guided by the concept of integrating “Science, Craft, and Art”, aiming to create an inspiring learning environment that draws out the creativity and sensibility of its participants.
With the key message “Art that sparks thought,” we proposed and supervised a space that goes beyond functionality as a training room—encouraging moments of intuition, reflection, and open-ended inspiration.
Artworks by six different artists were installed throughout the space, including the entrance, lounge, and training areas. Each location showcases unique perspectives and modes of expression. By introducing art into a corporate training environment, the space was transformed into one that stimulates inner awareness and sparks dialogue among participants.
To commemorate the completion of the art installation, the “JMA Training Room Renewal Event” was held on Friday, April 11, 2025, at JMA Tokyo Headquarters. The event gathered client representatives, participating artists, and project collaborators to share the background and intentions behind the artworks and spatial design. It became a meaningful occasion for reflection, conversation, and connection.
Kアート株式会社は、一般社団法人日本能率協会（JMA）東京本部における研修室リニューアルプロジェクトにおいて、アートディレクションおよび空間構成の監修を担当いたしました。
本プロジェクトでは、「サイエンス」「クラフト」「アート」の融合をテーマに、受講者の創造性や感性を引き出す学びの場づくりが目指されました。
私たちは「思考にひらめきを与えるアート」をキーメッセージに、研修という機能性だけでなく、“直感”や“余白”が生まれる空間づくりを企画・監修しました。
空間全体には6名のアーティストによる作品を配置し、エントランス、ラウンジ、研修室など、それぞれのエリアで異なる視点と表現が展開されています。企業研修の場にアートを取り入れることで、受講者の内面への刺激や対話のきっかけとなる空間が実現しました。
また、2025年4月11日（金）には、アート導入完了を記念した「JMA研修室リニューアルイベント」がJMA東京本部にて開催されました。当日はクライアント関係者、参加アーティスト、関係スタッフが一堂に会し、作品の背景や空間づくりに込めた思いを共有する貴重な機会となりました。
