K Art Inc. was in charge of art direction and design proposals throughout the newly renovated Tokyu Stay Nihonbashi, which reopened in February 2025. Our scope of work included curating artworks for guest rooms, creating a large-scale mural for the entrance lobby, and proposing design elements across various areas within the hotel.
To commemorate the renovation, Tokyu Stay hosted an opening event titled “ARTFLU MOMENTS” on February 22, 2025, with K Art Inc. providing support for event planning and operations.
During the event, a live painting performance was held on the entrance lobby wall, while artworks by participating artists were exhibited in the guest rooms. The event offered guests—and a wider audience—a chance to engage with art in a more personal and immediate way.
Six artists took part in the event:
Aoineon, Takuya Kawaguchi, Yuki Shimizu, Shinji Tsuchimonji, Junya Nagata, and Asuka Watanabe.
Each brought a unique sensibility and expressive power to the project, with their works adding new layers of depth and character to the hotel’s atmosphere.
Some of the artworks also draw inspiration from the rich history and cultural fabric of Nihonbashi, creating a space where the city and the hotel coexist in harmony.
Through this collaboration with art, Tokyu Stay Nihonbashi has been reborn as a hotel that offers visitors a more memorable and inspiring experience.
Kアート株式会社は、2025年2月にリニューアルオープンした東急ステイ日本橋において、客室のアート作品やエントランスロビーの壁画をはじめ、館内各所のデザイン提案を担当しました。
さらに、リニューアルを記念して、2025年2月22日には東急ステイ主催のオープニングイベント「ARTFLU MOMENTS」が開催され、Kアート株式会社はその企画運営をサポートしています。
イベント当日は、エントランスロビーの壁面でライブペインティングの公開制作を行い、客室では各アーティストによる作品展示を実施。ご宿泊のお客様をはじめ、多くの方々にアートをより身近に感じていただける一日となりました。
本イベントには、アオイネオン、カワグチ タクヤ、清水 雄稀、つちもんじ しんじ、永田 惇也、渡辺 明日香の6名のアーティストが参加。いずれも独自の感性と高い表現力を持ち、それぞれの作品が空間に新たな魅力をもたらしました。
館内には、日本橋の歴史や文化に着想を得たアートも取り入れられており、街とホテルが調和する空間を演出しています。
アートとのコラボレーションを通して生まれ変わった東急ステイ日本橋が、訪れる人々にとって、より印象的で心に残る滞在の場となることを願っています。
